Group Counseling

Group counseling involves meeting with 6 to 8 other students with similar problems to discuss those areas that interfere with your ability to function at an optimal level.

Groups are led by one or two staff members

Students are usually asked to make a commitment to staying in the group for at least one semester.

Groups we typically offer include:

  • Sexual Abuse Support
  • Eating Disorder Support
  • Interpersonal Relationships

Contact the Counseling Center to find out what groups are currently offered.
